Terms of Services

Navigation Developments Limited covers your liability as a carrier under the Act for contracts for carriage at Limited Carrier's risk, for loss or damage caused by certain identified perils only, or as may otherwise specifically be agreed in writing between you and us. Navigation Developments Limited will not be liable for existing damages or loss of goods.

Insurance:

Under this restricted cover we will indemnify you for:

• Fire or Explosion.
• The carrying of conveyance colliding with any external object.
• They carrying conveyance overturning or being derailed.
• The carrying conveyance being a waterborne vessel, or being on board a waterborne vessel,that is stranded, capsized or sunk during the period of insurance.

Limits of indemnity   Any one occurrence -  $250,000

Limit any one "Unit of Goods" -  $2,000

Excess  Per occurence -  $250.00

Payment of Invoice

All Invoices are to be paid in full by cash, eftpos or credit card after completion of job. 5% surcharge applies to all credit cards-(master/visa cards).

Cancellation:

Any jobs cancelled 24hours prior to booking time will incur. $50.00 cancellation fee
